【課 時(shí)】第4課時(shí)
一、教學(xué)目標(biāo)
1. 能聽(tīng)懂Part B Read and act部分的小故事并能進(jìn)行角色扮演。
2. 能通過(guò)Part C其余部分的鞏固練習(xí),加深對(duì)本單元重點(diǎn)知識(shí)的理解。
3. 通過(guò)本單元的學(xué)習(xí),教育學(xué)生了解健康的重要性,促使其逐步養(yǎng)成良好的生 活習(xí)慣。
二、教學(xué)準(zhǔn)備
教師準(zhǔn)備:
(1)Read and act部分的音頻(教師可在優(yōu)教平臺(tái)直接下載使用)。
(2)本單元的詞匯卡片。
(3)一個(gè)老虎手偶。
三、教學(xué)方法建議
I. 課程導(dǎo)人(Leading In)
i. 課前復(fù)習(xí)
1. 教師快速出示本單元的詞匯卡片,全班同學(xué)齊讀并拼寫。
2. 游戲:詞匯傳遞
(1)教師將全班分成人數(shù)相等的幾個(gè)小組,讓所有同學(xué)背對(duì)教師,每排的第一名同學(xué)除外。
(2)教師隨意向每排的第一名同學(xué)出示一張?jiān)~匯卡片,該名同學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)身拍一下自己組的下一名同學(xué),用動(dòng)作向其展現(xiàn)卡片上的內(nèi)容;每組依次傳遞,最后一名接收到信息的同學(xué)則快速到黑板上寫出相應(yīng)的詞匯。寫完之后站到本組的最前面,完成最快最準(zhǔn)確的小組得1分。
(3)每組所有學(xué)生輪完之后游戲結(jié)束,教師進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì),寫出最多正確詞匯的小組獲勝。
ii. 新課導(dǎo)入:Free talk
T: Hi, boys and girls. Do you often play sports?
Ss: Yes, I/we do.
T: What do you like to play, S1?
Sl: I like to play…
T: How often do you play…?
S1: I play…
T: How often does he/she play…?
Ss: He/She plays…
II. 課程展示活動(dòng)和過(guò)程的設(shè)計(jì)建議(Presentation)
i. 新課展示Part B Read and act
1. 教師拿出所準(zhǔn)備的老虎手偶,捏著鼻子向同學(xué)打招呼。
T: Hello, boys and girls. Long time no see. I miss you so much. Do you miss me?
Ss: Yes, I do. (教師示意學(xué)生給出肯定回答)
T: Today I want to share a dialogue with you all. That is a dialogue between a boy and me. Please listen carefully and try to remember something about me.
2. 教師播放Read and act部分的錄音,可連續(xù)播放兩遍,幫助學(xué)生理解故事大意。
3. 教師提出以下問(wèn)題,鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生丟開(kāi)課本,根據(jù)所聽(tīng)到的錄音內(nèi)容作答。 Question 1: Does the tiger often play sports?
Question 2: Does the tiger eat fruits and vegetables every day?
Question 3: Does the tiger go to bed early every night?
Question 4: Does the tiger look healthy?
4. 教師再次播放錄音,鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生模仿其語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調(diào)逐句跟讀。
5. 教師讓男女生分角色朗讀對(duì)話,然后給學(xué)生三分鐘時(shí)間讓同桌之間相互練習(xí),最后請(qǐng)個(gè)別小組表演故事。
6. 在熟悉故事內(nèi)容之后,教師繼續(xù)提出以下問(wèn)題,以加深學(xué)生的理解:
Question 1: What does the tiger often do?
Question 2: What does the tiger eat every day??
Question 3: When does the tiger go to bed and get up?
Question 4: What does the boy’s mom say to him?
7. 教師可以根據(jù)學(xué)生的掌握程度,鼓勵(lì)其發(fā)揮想象力,參考本課中的故事,編演一個(gè)有關(guān)人類和動(dòng)物談?wù)撊粘;顒?dòng)的情景。
ii. Part C Read and tick
1. 教師給學(xué)生兩分鐘時(shí)間完成該部分練習(xí)。
2. 教師隨機(jī)選出幾名學(xué)生大聲讀出相應(yīng)的文字,以核對(duì)答案。并對(duì)答案逐一簡(jiǎn)單講解。
(1)第1題選擇well. well是副詞,修飾動(dòng)詞。good是形容詞,用來(lái)修飾名詞。 (2)第2題選擇does. 句子的主語(yǔ)是your father,為第三人稱單數(shù),動(dòng)詞須用單三形式。
(3)第3題選擇healthy. healthy是形容詞,修飾名詞。而health本身就是名詞。
(4)第4題選擇twice. “一周兩次”的正確表達(dá)為twice a week.
(5)第5題選擇boating. go boating是固定短語(yǔ),表示“去劃船”。
iii. Part C Read and talk
1. 教師根據(jù)該部分表格內(nèi)容,與學(xué)生進(jìn)行問(wèn)答。之前,注意提醒學(xué)生表格中的you代表學(xué)生自己,要求學(xué)生的答案與表格內(nèi)容保持一致。
T: How often do you...?
Ss: I...
T: How often does Colin...?
Ss: He...
2. 給出三分鐘時(shí)間,讓學(xué)生在班里任找三個(gè)同學(xué)用以上句型進(jìn)行采訪,并記錄匯總所得信息。
3. 教師任意選幾名同學(xué)作報(bào)告,如:
Hello, everyone. I have three friends. They are A, B, C. I like playing basketball. I play basketball twice a week. A likes playing football. He plays it every day. B likes playing football, too. But he just plays it three times a week. C likes going shopping. He goes shopping every day.
iv. Part C Look and write
1. 先讓學(xué)生觀察圖片,根據(jù)圖意說(shuō)出短語(yǔ)。
2. 讓學(xué)生讀一讀例句,然后一起說(shuō)一說(shuō)可表現(xiàn)活動(dòng)頻度的詞語(yǔ),如:often,?sometimes, usually, always, once a week, twice a day, ...
3. 讓學(xué)生根據(jù)圖意,參考所給的句子寫出一個(gè)完整的句子。
4. 讓學(xué)生分別說(shuō)說(shuō)各自寫出的句子。
以下答案僅供參考,學(xué)生根據(jù)實(shí)際情況可改寫畫線部分:
(1) I have English classes three times a week.
(2) I do exercise every day.
(3) I skate / go skating twice a week.
(4) I eat vegetables every day.
III. 操練活動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施建議(Practice Activities)
教師可指導(dǎo)學(xué)生通過(guò)回答問(wèn)題,并把問(wèn)題的完整答案組織成幾句話,作為基本的寫話訓(xùn)練,題目可定為How Can I Keep Healthy?
以下問(wèn)題可作參考:
Question 1: Do you often eat fruits and vegetables?
Question 2: How often do you drink milk?
Question 3: How many hours do you sleep every night?
Question 4: What sports do you like?
Question 5: How often do you play sports?
Question 6: Do you look healthy?
可以給學(xué)生一些提示,如:I want to keep healthy. I often... / I don’t often... But I...
